Appointment Calendar Reports


There are three primary reports included in QuickPractice that will help you keep track of future appointments, as well as those appointments that have been missed or canceled.

 
To view a specific patient's entire appointment schedule:
 
1. Open the Appointment Calendar and select a patient's name from the drop down menu on the left side of the screen.
 
2. Beneath the list of appointments, click the Preview button.
 
3. A list of past/future appointments for the selected patient will appear. You may print this report as you would any other report in the software.
 
                           
 
To view a specific date's appointments for multiple patients:
 
1. Open the Appointment Calendar and select a date from the right hand side of the screen.
 
2. Click the View button.
 
3. A list displaying that day's scheduled appointments will appear.
 
Note: You can quickly access this report for the present day's scheduled appointments by clicking on the Appointment menu at the top of you screen and then selecting View  Day's Appointments.
 
                        
 
You can also generate a list of appointments that have either been missed or canceled.
 
1. Open the appointment calendar and select a date from the right hand side for the screen. Typically, you should pick a date no greater than that from which you are generating the report. Clicking a date into the future might cause the report that have not actually been missed.
 
2. Click the Report button.
 
3. A list of appointments that have been missed or canceled as of the date you have specified will be displayed.
 
Note: You can also access this report from the Appointment menu by clicking on it and then choosing Report Canceled/Missed Appointments.
